Electrical Condition Reporting for Landlords

We are now able to put the skills we teach to good use in the real world by offering landlords of rental properties a full Electrical Condition Reporting service to enable you to be compliant with the new law that came into force on 1st July 2020 ‘The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020’

Our fees are reasonable and our work thorough and careful. We always arrive on time and properly dressed and protected for the job and for your/your tenants safety (masks, hand sanitiser etc). Although the work we do is highly invasive (the power has to be turned off for most of the duration of our visit) we do try and minimise the inconvenience by being efficient in our work.

What you get is a fully compliant certificate for inspection by local council and if remedial work is required then we will explain what is needed and why. We can even arrange for the work to be done by an electrician that we feel happy recommending.

We are fully qualified and insured in all respects for our work on site and the advice we give.

We charge:

£150 for a single level, 1 or 2 bed flat

£200 for up to 3 beds in a semi-detached or terraced house

Properties other than the above are charged on quotation

We work in the Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chalfonts, Chesham and their immediate vicinities. Other areas are by arrangement
