This is NOT a home study course but a live online course delivered by a live (or as live as he gets) tutor at a pre-set time 8.30 - 3.30 over 2 days, with all the interaction between candidates and tutor that you would expect during a face to face lesson because it is face to face but online.
To be able to take advantage of this you will need a PC/laptop/tablet that can run zoom (see here for Zoom technical requirements https://canvas.du.edu/courses/79407/pages/zoom-technical-requirements)
You will also need a copy of the 18th Edition (although we are now in amendment 1 an original copy of the 18th Edition of BS7671 is perfectly adequate), a calculator is useful as are some sticky notes or tabs to stick on the top of pages of your book and a notepad and pen.
You’ll also need a plentiful supply of tea/coffee and biscuits!
The exam will be taken at a local village hall where social distancing can be maintained with other appropriate safety measures. The exam will cost £125 inclusive and includes a revision session the evening or morning before the exam so your knowledge is fresh.
